Return policy

This policy specifies that Nerius allows free cancellation of orders before shipment and eligible returns within 30 days of receipt (14-day no-questions-asked return for EU customers).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and original shipping fees are generally non-refundable (except in cases of Nerius’ error). It also covers a 6-month warranty, requirements for returning gifts, and procedures for handling after-sales issues, emphasizing transparency and fairness while offering customer service support.

Nerius offers free standard shipping on U.S. contiguous desk lamp orders over $69.99 (flat $9.99 fee for orders under that), with 1-3 (or 3-5 for some items) business days of processing time and 7-14 business days of delivery time;

It provides tracking via UPS/USPS/17track after shipment, notes exclusions like no P.O. Box delivery, addresses pre-order handling and delay scenarios, and confirms global shipping with checkout-shown options/fees.
