3. Change of Delivery Address

NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have already registered on neriusshop.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

 

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
